Sometimes after shoveling this much wet snow at 1:30am

out of this huge area for nearly two hours

and feeling/looking like this afterward

it's fun to get a little surprise like this (especially when the person who gave it to you left the state that morning and you are feeling very lonely).

If, a few days later, you're still feeling crummy and tired and just done, then doing something like this is perfectly acceptable.

If, by the next week nothing has really helped and you just feel too used up to do anything productive or nice or beneficial, coming home and doing this for a few hours is perfectly justifiable.
